We travel only inside the Washington D.C., Maryland, Northern Virginia area: Rate $125 up to the first hour, then next hour is quarterly increments based on $125. We also provide remote control support at any U.S. location.

Connections are secured. Cost is $100.00 up to the first hour. Pro rated if additional time is required per that incident only. Credit card accepted online. Payment is required before work begins remotely. Tech will ask questions to determine if our remote services can solve your issue before we charge for the remote service. ON SITE APPOINTMENT AND COST.
We service and repair desktop, laptop on Apple or Windows. We support printing issues and Wifi issues. Please schedule an appointment above. Our techs will travel to your location to service your computer. Payment is handled at the end of completing the work at the customer’s location. We accept Mastercard, Visa, check, and cash. Our techs do not carry cash. For cash payments, please have the exact cost in cash.
Our onsite computer appointment rate is $125.00 up to the first hour of your appointment. If the job was completed less than an hour, the charge is still $125.00. Any continuance of the work after the first hour, the rate is pro-rated per a quarterly hour increment based on $125.00 an hour. For example, for the time of 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete the work, the additional 15 minutes or a quarter of an hour is a cost of $31.25. Therefore the final cost of the computer appointment for one hour and fifteen minutes will be $156.25. On average, most computer appointments are completed under hour. Our support is primarily residential. However, we do service small business customers.
